long does us to take to see results?
We can typically provide an initial report to you of our

us. This assumes that the utility company releases
the billing data to us within the first 30 days.

refunds or savings we have identified. Usually,
the utility companies will provide the requested refunds
or billing reductions within a few weeks, but in some
cases can take many months to resolve a complaint.
